Hi, I'm Ingrid.

I spent nearly ten years as a software engineer at Apple and Amazon. These days I coach full-time, working one-on-one with people navigating their own tech careers. I've now guided engineers and students through over 70 coaching sessions, from mock interviews to career decisions at every stage.

My own path wasn't a straight line. I switched from Biomedical Engineering to Computer Science in my junior year of college, which meant facing down three years of "sunk cost" and the very real fear of starting over. I made it work, and that experience shaped how I coach: with patience, honesty, and a deep respect for how hard these decisions actually are.

How I Can Help

How Sessions Work

Each session is one focused hour, and it's yours to use however it helps most. Many people start with mock interviews, but a session works just as well for a resume review, a deep conversation about a career decision, offer negotiation, or simply talking through whatever feels unclear right now. We'll shape it around what you actually need.

I believe in constructive directness. We'll build a roadmap together, get your materials genuinely ready, and use my perspective from both sides of the hiring table to clear whatever is blocking you. I care especially about supporting women in tech and international students finding their footing in the US.
